If p, q, r, and s are non-zero numbers, is pr/qs > r/q?

(1) p > s
(2) rq > 0

[Reveal] Spoiler:
Dear Experts, kindly help me with the above problem. My pick was C, but it's incorrect.
pr/qs>r/q =>pqr >rqs => qr(p-s)>0. So i picked C. I guess i am missing something here. Request your help.
